Published: 14 September 2026. This page explains how to request a cancellation or refund from YTC Education. It does not replace terms already provided for an existing purchase.
Before enrolment or purchase
Review the written details for your selected course or product: price, schedule, duration, included services, payment arrangements and applicable cancellation/refund conditions. Ask YTC to clarify anything that is missing before making payment.
Course enquiries
Submitting a counselling or demo enquiry does not confirm admission, reserve a paid seat or create a payment obligation. The CBSE Class 10 Maths counselling page does not collect payment.
Request a cancellation or refund
Email info.ytcedu@gmail.com with your registered name, course or product, payment date, transaction reference and reason for your request. If the learner is a school student, the parent or guardian should contact us.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details or Aadhaar. If you share payment evidence, hide unrelated financial information.
How your request is reviewed
Eligibility, any deduction and the processing timeline depend on the written terms provided for your purchase and the circumstances of your request. A refund is not confirmed merely by submitting a request. YTC will communicate the decision and any approved amount through its support channel.
Duplicate or unsuccessful payments
If a payment appears duplicated, or money was debited without confirmation of the intended purchase, contact support with the transaction reference so the payment can be reconciled.
Digital books and subscriptions
Check the terms shown for the specific book, digital service or subscription before purchase. Course cancellation arrangements should not be assumed to apply to downloadable books or AI subscriptions.
Existing purchases
This page does not introduce new deductions or change cancellation/refund commitments already provided to existing customers.
