Cancellation & Refund Policy

YTC EDUCATION · CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Clear information before you pay.

This page explains how to request a cancellation or refund from YTC Education. It does not replace terms already provided for an existing purchase.

Before enrolment or purchase

Review the written details for your selected course or product: price, schedule, duration, included services, payment arrangements and applicable cancellation/refund conditions. Ask YTC to clarify anything that is missing before making payment.

Course enquiries

Submitting a counselling or demo enquiry does not confirm admission, reserve a paid seat or create a payment obligation. The CBSE Class 10 Maths counselling page does not collect payment.

Refund & Course Discontinuation Policy

YTC Education mein admission lene ke baad, agar koi student apna course/class beech mein discontinue karta hai, to eligible refund mein se ₹250 Admission/Form Processing Fee aur ₹300 per conducted/attended lecture deduct kiya jayega.

Refund = Total Fee Paid − ₹250 − (Conducted/Attended Lectures × ₹300)

Agar total deduction paid fee ke barabar ya usse adhik hota hai, to koi refund payable nahi hoga.

Course Discontinuation Terms: This refund policy applies to YTC Education enrolments subject to the terms communicated or accepted at the time of admission. Refunds will be calculated according to the applicable admission terms. Where those terms provide for it, promotional discounts, special offers or concessions may be withdrawn for refund calculation. Eligible refund, if any, will be calculated after applicable service/administrative charges and ₹300 per conducted/attended lecture, where these deductions form part of the applicable admission terms.

Approved eligible refund, if any, will be processed within 90 days of refund approval, subject to the applicable written terms and prevailing law. Agar applicable deductions paid fee ke barabar ya usse adhik hain, to koi refund payable nahi hoga.

Student Conduct, Safety & Classroom Discipline

YTC classes are intended to provide a respectful and safe learning environment. Students must follow reasonable teacher instructions and must not harass, threaten, abuse or deliberately disrupt teachers or other learners. Students must not pressure another learner or teacher to share a personal phone number, social-media account or other private contact information, and must not share another person’s contact details without consent.

Unauthorised recording, redistribution of private class communications, impersonation, misuse of another person’s identity or account, or use of YTC classes to solicit, intimidate or repeatedly contact another learner or teacher may result in restriction, suspension or termination of class access after review of the available records and circumstances. Where the learner is a minor, YTC may communicate material safety or disciplinary concerns to the parent or guardian where appropriate.

A disciplinary restriction or termination does not automatically determine the refund amount. Any eligible refund or deduction will be assessed separately under the applicable admission/refund terms and prevailing law. YTC may retain relevant attendance, class, communication and incident records for legitimate dispute-resolution, safety and legal-compliance purposes.

Request a cancellation or refund

Email info.ytcedu@gmail.com with your registered name, course or product, payment date, transaction reference and reason for your request. If the learner is a school student, the parent or guardian should contact us.

Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details or Aadhaar. If you share payment evidence, hide unrelated financial information.

How your request is reviewed

Eligibility, deductions and processing timelines depend on the written terms applicable to the enrolment and the circumstances of the request. A refund is not confirmed merely by submitting a request. YTC will provide the decision and, where applicable, the approved refund calculation through its support channel.

Grievance Redressal

Written consumer grievances received at info.ytcedu@gmail.com will be acknowledged within 48 hours and YTC will endeavour to redress the grievance within one month, subject to verification, complexity of the matter and applicable law. Please provide the registered learner name, course, payment date, amount, transaction reference and a clear description of the issue. A learner will not be penalised merely for raising a genuine complaint.

If a consumer grievance remains unresolved, the consumer may use the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in, in addition to any other remedy available under applicable law.

Cyber Fraud, Impersonation & Unauthorized Payments

If you believe a payment was made through a fake link, impersonator, unauthorized beneficiary or other suspected cyber fraud, immediately contact your bank or payment provider and report financial cyber fraud through the Government of India National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or helpline 1930. Preserve the transaction ID/UTR, receipt, screenshots, phone numbers, email IDs, URLs and relevant chat history.

YTC will cooperate with lawful requests from police, cybercrime authorities, banks, payment intermediaries and other competent authorities, and may provide relevant records as permitted or required by law. A cybercrime complaint and a course refund request are separate processes; filing a complaint does not by itself determine whether fraud occurred or whether a refund is payable.

Safe Payments & Official Communication

Before making payment, verify the course, amount and beneficiary/payment instructions received through an official YTC channel. YTC does not require customers to disclose OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs or account passwords. Do not share these credentials with any person claiming to represent YTC. Suspicious calls, messages, payment links or accounts should be reported promptly to YTC support.

Third-Party Payment Processing & Service Charges

YTC Education may use banks, UPI networks, payment gateways, payment aggregators or an officially disclosed and authorised collection account to receive or process payments. Use of such a payment channel does not make the bank, payment processor, collection partner or account holder the provider of the educational service; the course or learning service remains the responsibility of YTC Education as stated in the applicable enrolment terms.

YTC will not treat an undisclosed payment to an unrelated person or unverified account as an official YTC payment. Where YTC authorises a collection account or payment partner, the beneficiary/payment instructions should be communicated through an official YTC channel and the transaction should be capable of reconciliation against the learner’s admission, invoice, receipt or payment record.

No hidden third-party service charge: Any convenience, processing or similar charge payable in connection with a payment method, if applicable, should be disclosed to the customer before payment. YTC will not represent an undisclosed third-party charge as part of the course fee after payment. Refund treatment of any separately disclosed payment-processing charge will follow the applicable payment-provider terms, enrolment terms and prevailing law.

Records, Evidence & Privacy

For service delivery, dispute resolution, security and legal compliance, YTC may maintain relevant admission, payment, class delivery or attendance, support communication and consent/acknowledgement records. Such records may be used to verify a complaint and may be shared with competent authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection law.

Duplicate or unsuccessful payments

If a payment appears duplicated, or money was debited without confirmation of the intended purchase, contact support with the transaction reference so the payment can be reconciled.

Digital books and subscriptions

Check the terms shown for the specific book, digital service or subscription before purchase. Course cancellation arrangements should not be assumed to apply to downloadable books or AI subscriptions.

Existing purchases

This page does not introduce new deductions or change cancellation/refund commitments already provided to existing customers.
